  • Shipping & Delivery

    Most of our orders ship via UPS, although other carriers such as FedEx or the US Postal Service may be used, particularly for larger orders. Currently, Campfire Meals has two different shipping warehouse, one based in Albion, NY and one based in Salt Lake City, UT. Based on your order, it is possible that it may be sent in two or more shipments, which may originate from one or both warehouses.

    Our goal is to have all orders sent within 2 - 4 business days. If this isn't possible due to inventory or high demand, a member of our Customer Service department will contact you by email or phone to let you know when you order will ship.

    Freeze-Dry Foods Inc., respects your privacy and will never share your personal information with 3rd parties. Please understand that if you opt-in to our email program, it is possible that you will receive a special offer from one of other in-house brands, which include: Freeze-Dry Foods Inc., Campfire Meals, Food Insurance, and Daily Bread Food Storage. All of these brands are members of the Freeze-Dry Foods family and carry the same quality of delicious freeze-dried products.

    All of our websites feature the latest security technology to ensure that your transaction are safe and secure. Your information is transmitted without risk by using Secured Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Additionally, all of our sites have been verified through GoDaddy, a 3rd party domain and web-hosting company, and our sites maintain their highest level of security, Verified & Secure.

  • Returns & Replacements

    We appreciate your business and value your time. We have many satisfied customers all over the country and want you to be completely satisfied, so we make it easy for you to return any order for any reason. Upon receiving your order, be sure to inspect all products for damage or discrepancies. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, simply follow the steps below to return your product and receive a refund or replacement item.

    Damaged or defective items that are returned within 30-days of the original order date will be fully refunded or replaced absolutely free of charge. For returns or refusals made within 30-days of the original order date for any reason other than being damaged or defective items, the customer is responsible for shipping the items back to Campfire Meals™. Once the product is received by Campfire Meals™, the customer will be refunded the full order amount less a 15% restocking fee. All sales are final after 30-days from original order date.

    To return a product, simply follow the steps below:

    • 1. Before returning any items, call our customer service number at 1-866-946-8366 to get a Return Authorization Number. Every order that is returned to us or refused by the customer must have an R.A. number in order to be processed and be accepted.
    • 2. Ensure that the items are repackaged in their original boxes and are in original condition.
    • 3. Ship the items back to Campfire Meals™ via UPS, U.S. Mail, FedEx or another common carrier. If the items are damaged or defective, Campfire Meals™ will cover the cost of return shipping and have UPS pick them up from your house if you choose.
    • 4. After receiving the items at Campfire Meals™, we will then either issue a refund (in the same form as originally paid) for the full order amount less a 15% restocking fee (if returned within 30 days and for any other reason than damaged or defective items), or send a replacement item.

    Product returns within 30 days of order may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. For returns assistance, please call 1-866-946-8366.

  • Promotions

    Campfire Meals periodically offers promotions, give-a-ways, special pricing, discounts, etc. Feel free to contact our Customer Service team members to learn about current offerings.     All promotions offered by Campfire Meals are subject to the following rules:

    • 1. Promotions including, but not exclusive to, giveaways, discounts, bundle offers, free items, etc., are only valid from the date the promotion is posted online or emailed, until the expiration date. Promotions can only be applied to orders placed within the specified time frame, and cannot be used retroactively on past purchases, nor can they be applied to future purchases that occur after the expiration date.
    • 2. Promotional offers are only valid on purchases paid in full, and are not valid with monthly pay-as-you-go programs.
    • 3. Promotional items, discounted items, giveaways, free items, etc., cannot be returned for cash or credit value. They may be returned for the same item if they are damaged in shipping.
    • 4. Employees of Campfire Meals are not allowed to discuss promotions prior to their launch, however they are happy to answer questions about current promotions.
